Interpreting
This Chart
The chart at left shows the approximate number of business days until your gift reaches its destination.
This excludes weekends and the day the gift is shipped.
Our shipping policy is that all orders received by 1pm Eastern Standard Time (EST),
Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders received after 1pm EST Monday to Friday
are shipped the next business day.
For example, if we receive an order before 1pm, EST on a Monday and it takes 3 business days to get to the destination, the package will be received on Thursday of the same week. If we receive an order before 1pm EST on a Thursday and it takes three business days to get to the destination, it will be received Tuesday of the following week.
Transit times for ground shipping to residential addresses are NOT GUARANTEED.
Only Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-day shipping are guaranteed.
DELIVERY TIMES are NOT guaranteed. Your gift will be delivered at the time of day that the
carrier usually delivers to the area. However, if you desire delivery by a certain time of
day, your gift will need to be shipped via a guaranteed service (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3- Day Select Service).
