Tracking Your Order Status
We automatically email your order status the day your order is shipped - at the latest, the day after your order is shipped. If, for some
reason you did not receive an email update, please accept our apologies and send an email to customerservice@howardlane.com
or click the email link at right to send us an email. You can also call 800-261-3848 but email is quickest.
Before sending your email, be sure to have the following information:
- The day you placed your order.
- How you placed your order - phone or internet.
- Your order number.
- Your name.
- A daytime phone number.
- Any additional information that will help locate your order quickly.
