What To Expect After You Place Online Orders.

Your order will ship same day if received by 1pm EST, Monday to Friday. Orders received any other time will be shipped the next business day. Within 24 hours after your order ships, you will receive an email order confirmation with your order tracking number and a link to track your order. Please email all order inquiries to customerservice@howardlane.com

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" after you place your order:
(1) You may have an email address that ends with "aol.com". AOL blocks its subscribers from receiving automatic email from a lot of online vendors. Following instructions in (2) below.

(2)To obtain your order status, simply forward your invoice to customerservice@howardlane.com with a request to track your order. Alternatively, you may email customerservice@howardlane.com with a request to track your order. We will need the following information: your order number, date your order was placed and a daytime phone number.
